Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should we book a crew?

For planned events we recommend at least a week, but our desk regularly responds to short-notice and breaking-news requests. Contact us with your location and timings and we will confirm availability.

Can you deliver to more than one broadcaster at once?

Yes. Our Broadcast Package includes feeds to multiple destinations with a primary and a backup delivery path.

What happens if the primary signal fails?

Our signal desk monitors every feed around the clock and switches to the backup path according to a procedure we rehearse with you before going live.

Do you supply the cameras as well as the operators?

We can provide broadcast-grade cameras, lenses, audio and lighting together with experienced operators, or work with your own equipment.

How do I get a price?

Send us a short brief through the contact page. We will reply with a clear day rate and any extras, with no obligation.
